At Atlantis Corals, we take every precaution to ensure your corals arrive healthy, vibrant, and ready to thrive. We pack each order with great care using insulated containers, heat or cold packs when needed, and only ship via overnight delivery to give your corals the best chance of a smooth arrival.
While rare, shipping livestock does carry risk. That's why we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:
What's Covered
- Corals that arrive dead on arrival (DOA).
- Applies only to orders shipped via overnight service (e.g., FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air).
- Package must be received on the first delivery attempt.
How to Report a DOA
To be eligible for a DOA credit:
- Take clear photos of the coral in the sealed bag and after opening it.

Send the photos to
within 2 hours of delivery (based on the carrier's timestamp). - Include your order number and any relevant notes.
Please do not discard the coral until you hear back from us. We may request additional photos for verification.
